Lack of focus. Darn.

It didn’t take long for me to lose my focus. Seriously, the pushups only take a few minutes, but I forgot to do them all last week. Yesterday I tried to pick up where I left off, but that didn’t work out so well, so I’m taking a slightly different tack. I completed 3 sets of 10 tonight, and will try for 4 sets tomorrow. When i have 5 sets, ill be back. I’ll get there…and hopefully get hooked on excercise again!
